What is the AI Marketplace?
The Marketplace is an AI-powered feature that matches content creators with brands based on their niche, content style, and audience.
How does AI matching work?
Our AI analyzes:
- Your niche and content style
- Your platforms and audience size
- Brand requirements and preferences
- Creates match scores (60-100%) for each brand
Do I need to pay to use Marketplace?
Marketplace is available on Pro and Elite plans. Free plan users can view the Knowledge Base but cannot access matching features.
How do I get started?
- Complete your creator profile (niche, content style, platforms, audience size)
- Click "Find Matches" in the Marketplace
- Review your matched brands
- Contact brands you're interested in
What is a match score?
Match scores (60-100%) indicate how well a brand aligns with your profile:
- 85-100%: Excellent match
- 70-84%: Good match
- 60-69%: Decent match
How often are new matches available?
You can find new matches anytime by clicking "Find Matches". The AI looks for brands you haven't been matched with yet.
Can I see the same brand twice?
No, once you're matched with a brand, you won't see them again unless you reject the match.
What if I'm not interested in a match?
You can mark matches as "Not Interested" to remove them from your list.
How do I contact a brand?
- Review the brand's information
- Click "Contact Brand" on the match
- Use the brand's website or contact information provided
- Mark the match as "Contacted" to track your outreach
Do you guarantee brand collaborations?
No, we provide matches but don't guarantee collaborations. Final agreements are between you and the brand.
How accurate are the matches?
Matches are based on AI analysis of your profile and brand requirements. Higher scores (85%+) typically indicate stronger alignment.
Can I update my profile?
Yes! Update your profile anytime:
- Go to Marketplace
- Click "Edit Profile"
- Update any information
- Save to get new matches based on updated profile
What if I don't get any matches?
- Ensure your profile is complete
- Be specific in your content style description
- Try updating your niche or preferences
- Contact support if you continue to have issues
Are matches personalized?
Yes! Matches are unique to your profile. Each creator gets different matches based on their specific niche, style, and audience.
