Is Payment Protection free?

Payment Protection is available on Pro and Elite plans. Free plan users can access the Knowledge Base and AI Chat for general guidance.

What information do I need to submit?

You'll need:

  • Brand name and contact email
  • Deliverables description
  • Total payment amount
  • Payment due date
  • Contract URL (optional)

How long does it take to process?

  • Submission: Immediate confirmation with Case ID
  • Review: 1-3 business days
  • Resolution: Varies based on case complexity

What if a brand doesn't pay?

If payment issues arise:

  1. Contact our support team with your Case ID
  2. We can assist with dispute resolution
  3. Provide documentation and guidance
  4. Help communicate with the brand if needed

Can I track multiple cases?

Yes! All your Payment Protection cases are visible in your dashboard, showing:

  • Case status
  • Payment amounts
  • Due dates
  • Brand information

What case statuses are there?

  • SUBMITTED: Form received, awaiting review
  • IN_REVIEW: Our team is processing your case
  • RESOLVED: Case is complete and documented

Do I get email notifications?

Yes! You'll receive emails for:

  • Case submission confirmation (with Case ID)
  • Status updates
  • Case resolution

Can I submit a form after the deal is done?

It's best to submit as soon as you agree to deal terms, but you can submit at any time. Earlier submission provides better protection.

What if I make a mistake on my form?
