How to Submit a Protection Form

Step-by-step guide to submitting a Payment Protection form.

Follow these steps to submit a Payment Protection form for your brand collaboration.

Step 1: Navigate to Payment Protection

  1. Log in to your SocialSure account
  2. Go to your Dashboard
  3. Click on Payment Protection in the sidebar

Step 2: Fill Out the Form

You'll need to provide the following information:

Brand Information

  • Brand Name: The name of the brand you're collaborating with
  • Brand Contact Email: The email address of your brand contact

Deal Details

  • Deliverables: Describe what you're creating or providing (e.g., "3 Instagram posts, 1 YouTube video")
  • Total Payment: The agreed payment amount (in your currency)
  • Payment Due Date: When you expect to receive payment
  • Contract URL (Optional): Link to your contract or agreement document

Step 3: Submit

  1. Review all information for accuracy
  2. Click Submit for Protection
  3. You'll see a confirmation message
  4. Check your email for a confirmation with your Case ID

Important Notes

  • Submit Early: Submit the form as soon as you agree to the deal terms
  • Be Accurate: Ensure all information is correct to avoid delays
  • Keep Records: Save your Case ID for future reference

After Submission

  • Your form will be reviewed by our team
  • You can track the status in your dashboard
  • You'll receive email updates when the status changes
