Tracking Your Cases
Learn how to track and manage your Payment Protection cases.
All your Payment Protection cases are accessible from your dashboard, where you can view their status and details.
Viewing Your Cases
From the Dashboard
- Go to your Dashboard homepage
- Scroll to the Recent Activity section
- View your last 3 submitted forms with their current status
From Payment Protection Page
- Navigate to Payment Protection in the sidebar
- View all your submitted cases in a table format
- See details including:
- Brand name
- Payment amount
- Due date
- Current status
Understanding Your Dashboard Stats
Your dashboard shows three key metrics:
- Current Plan: Your subscription level (Free, Pro, Elite)
- Protected Value: Total value of all your protected deals
- Active Claims: Number of cases currently under review or submitted
Case Status
Cases can have the following statuses:
- SUBMITTED: Your form has been received and is awaiting review
- IN_REVIEW: Our team is actively reviewing your case
- RESOLVED: Your case has been resolved
Email Notifications
You'll receive email notifications when:
- Your case is submitted (with Case ID)
- Your case status changes
- Your case is resolved
Need More Details?
For specific case information, check your email for the Case ID and contact support if needed.
